At Softvence Agency, I analyze client requirements and turn business needs into structured technical documentation for development teams. I also validate features and workflows against client expectations, identify usability issues and defects, and report feedback to improve product quality.

In my e-commerce website testing project, I designed and executed test cases for login, product search, cart, and checkout. I reported functional and UI defects with steps to reproduce, then performed regression testing after fixes.

I also tested REST APIs with Postman, validating request and response structures, JSON data, status codes, error handling, and endpoint data integrity. I organized test collections and wrote basic automated test scripts.

I completed Software Quality Assurance training at Ostad Limited and earned a BSc in Computer Science & Engineering from BRAC University. I’m seeking an SQA Intern or Junior SQA Engineer role where I can help ship reliable, high-quality software.
