At Sysonex Incorporate, I independently owned QA for SysRisk, SysAudit, SysIncident, and SysUser as the sole SQA Engineer, working with separate product teams.
I planned and executed testing across web and desktop applications, turning requirements and user stories into test scenarios and cases. I validated workflows, dashboards, reporting, and role-based permissions.
I managed defects in Jira and later Azure DevOps, from reproduction and prioritization through retesting and closure. I also performed SQL-based database validation and REST API testing with Postman.
For releases, I handled regression and smoke testing, staging and UAT verification, bug-fix validation, QA readiness checks, and post-deployment verification. In my Plant Petron project, I designed a MySQL database for plant-care workflows; in a heart disease prediction project, a Decision Tree achieved approximately 95.9% accuracy and F1-score.
