I’m an NPD Engineer with hands-on experience in the automotive industry, focusing on prototype objective development and cross-functional coordination between design and production. At NAHAR'S ENGINEERING INDIA PVT LTD, I handle new customer development parts by working on PPAP-related documentation and launch support activities.

I prepare PFD, PFMEA, CONROL PLAN, dimensional inspections, and other PPAP summary documents as per customer requirements. I also monitor cost reduction/VA VE projects in the prelaunch phase, manage resources in the proto shop, and plan overall milestone timelines for prototype-built activities.

I serve as a single point of contact between the product design team and manufacturing for new product development and production trial runs, and I collect customer feedback on prototype delivery, quality, and new proposals. Earlier, I worked as a Graduate Engineer Trainee at M S INDUSTRIES, and I bring structured training from my Mechanical Engineering background, including workshops on PFMEA/DFMEA, value engineering, IMS (ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001) awareness, and internal auditor program knowledge using tools like MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and SAP.
