At TechVates, I act as the technical partner for clients without in-house engineering teams, taking engagements from discovery and scope through architecture and production delivery. I work directly with founders and stakeholders to turn business goals into practical technical decisions.
I built and manage the claims platform for Temporary Housing Solutions, supporting claim submission, claimant information, housing requirements, and operational coordination. I continue to own its maintenance and development.
For a multi-tenant RAG platform, I architected grounded answers with citations and low-confidence refusal. I fixed a jurisdiction-sensitive retrieval issue at the embedding layer and created a 26-question evaluation set and regression harness.
Before TechVates, I co-founded Tassaract, where I delivered custom platforms for international clients using Laravel and React. Earlier at Saviours, I built and maintained HRM and CRM portals used in daily business operations.
