What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a 24x7 operations role where I can own data center uptime, manage IBM Power/AIX and SAN services, respond to critical incidents, and continuously improve SLA compliance through strong SOP discipline and vendor coordination.

I’m a results-driven Data Center Support/Operations Engineer with 10+ years of hands-on experience managing enterprise-scale data center infrastructure. I’ve supported 200+ server/network racks, handling hardware installations, OS deployment, RAID configuration, and ILO setup while keeping day-to-day operations stable.

I’m experienced with IBM Power Systems (P6–P10) and AIX administration, including server migration, decommissioning, and audit activities. I manage SAN storage, LUN provisioning, filesystem operations, and VIOS/LPAR configurations, and I’m comfortable responding to Severity 1 production outages with immediate onsite support.

I take SLA compliance and SOP adherence seriously, monitoring environmental conditions (temperature, humidity), performing connectivity testing, and maintaining inventory/asset verification records. I also coordinate with vendors and internal teams to deliver scheduled maintenance, escalations, and issue resolution in 24x7 production environments.
