I am a Business Development and Funding Specialist with experience supporting merchants through the full funding lifecycle in Merchant Cash Advance (MCA), Credit Repair, and Debt Settlement campaigns.

My work has involved qualifying opportunities, evaluating documentation, coordinating underwriting submissions, presenting and negotiating funding offers, and managing client communication from initial qualification through merchant acceptance. Throughout the process, I maintained CRM pipelines, documented client interactions, followed up with active and dormant opportunities, and worked closely with internal teams to keep deals progressing efficiently.

One of my strengths is understanding why opportunities move forward or why they stall. By identifying issues early, setting realistic expectations, and maintaining consistent communication, I focused on helping qualified clients navigate the funding process while improving pipeline quality.

Beyond individual production, I mentored 20–30 new hires through role play coaching, objection handling, call preparation, and practical sales development focused on understanding client conversations rather than simply following scripts.

I'm now looking for remote opportunities where I can contribute in Business Development, Sales Development, Funding Operations, Client Relationship Management, or Sales Operations while continuing to grow with a high performing team.
