I’m a Data Analyst focused on telecom analytics—especially churn modeling, customer upsell analytics, and revenue optimization. I build end-to-end ETL pipelines and Power BI dashboards on telecom datasets of 7,000–13,000+ customers, turning raw data into business-ready KPIs for fast decision-making.

In my recent Associate Data Analyst Intern role at NeoDocto Inc., I analyzed and transformed 50,000+ operational records using SQL and Excel, delivering ETL data pipelines that reduced manual preparation time by ~40%. I also built Power BI dashboards tracking 8 KPIs (service utilization, churn indicators, and revenue trends), helping management spot underperformance and take corrective action quickly.

My work goes beyond reporting—I actively improve model performance and economics. I improved churn recall by ~20% through class balancing and probability threshold optimization, and I pair churn prediction with profit-based decision logic to focus retention spend on high-risk customers worth saving.
