I’m a detail oriented occupational therapist with experience evaluating patient needs, determining functional limitations, and supporting medically necessary care across inpatient, skilled nursing, home health and pediatric settings. I bring strong clinical documentation and evidence based decision-making into every plan I build.

At Inreach - Fairfax Community Hospital, I evaluated patients across inpatient, outpatient, and home health settings to determine functional needs. I documented skilled interventions, patient progress, and medical necessity compliance with regulatory standards, while managing a caseload and keeping documentation accurate and timely.

Previously at Bluestone Therapy (Shenandoah/Stanton Accura Nursing homes), I delivered skilled OT services while ensuring documentation supported reimbursement and regulatory requirements. I assessed patient function to guide care planning and collaborated with the care team to support safe discharge and transitions of care.

Now, I’m seeking a transition into a clinical review role to support quality, compliance, and appropriate utilization of healthcare services. I’m NBCOT Registered and licensed in Iowa, Nebraska and Missouri, and I’m LSVT Certified; I use interdisciplinary communication, EMR systems, and functional outcome assessment to drive utilization decisions grounded in patient-centered outcomes.
