What I'm looking for

I’m looking to continue delivering skilled occupational therapy in home and acute settings—leading comprehensive evaluations, creating individualized treatment plans, and partnering with interdisciplinary teams to improve safety, mobility, self-care, and long-term quality of life.

I provide skilled occupational therapy services in patients’ homes, completing comprehensive evaluations to assess functional abilities, safety, and independence with activities of daily living. I develop and implement individualized treatment plans that improve mobility, self-care, and overall quality of life across diagnoses including CVA’s, COPD, and post-surgical patients.

I also have experience as a lead acute care occupational therapist while maintaining an outpatient neuro and pediatric caseload, completing evaluations and treatment sessions for conditions ranging from total joint replacement to acute CVAs and complex neuro/pediatric presentations. I educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, adaptive equipment, energy conservation, and fall prevention while collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team to support safe, patient-centered discharge planning.
