What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an occupational therapy role where I can deliver patient-centered care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and use adaptive equipment and evidence-based assessments to improve outcomes and safety for each client.

I’m a passionate Occupational Therapist with a science background and a strong commitment to positive health outcomes. My training and fieldwork emphasized patient-centered evaluation, documentation, and progress tracking to support safe, meaningful functional gains.

In my current Adult Geriatric Outpatient Home Health role at AccentCare, I conduct evaluations, re-evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries. I collaborate in interdisciplinary sessions with physical therapy and nursing, act as a case manager and supervisor for clinical staff, and tailor interventions for diagnoses including orthopedic conditions, CVA/TBI, carpal/cubital tunnel, arthritis, hip/knee replacements, and cognitive disorders.

I also strengthened my rehabilitation expertise through inpatient and pediatric experiences, building intervention plans for ADL, IADL, and valued occupational function. I use standardized assessments and clinical tools (like MoCA, OCS, TMT, PHQ-2, dynamometry, and the nine-hole peg test) and apply physical agent modalities and adaptive equipment strategies to improve participation, comfort, and safety in real-world settings.
