What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can provide trauma-informed, evidence-based occupational therapy, lead rural program initiatives, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams—while supervising clinicians, strengthening quality and outcomes, and expanding neurodiverse inclusive care.

I’m an Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) known for delivering assessment, intervention, documentation, treatment planning, and discharge of care, with a strong commitment to trauma-focused, responsive therapy for vulnerable children and families.

Since 2022, I’ve worked as an Occupational Therapy Evaluator with FamilyForward’s Developmental Trauma Center, providing trauma-informed care across settings (developmental trauma center, rural county office, community, home, and school) while supporting service implementation, rural program planning, and community outreach. I also provide clinical supervision and co-supervision to doctoral capstone students, Level I and II OT students, and OTA students, and represent OT through education, multi-level feedback opportunities, and presentations.

Earlier roles strengthened my breadth across inpatient, outpatient, and skilled nursing practice—supporting individuals with brain injury, cancer, stroke, heart disease, diabetes, orthopedics, autism, developmental trauma, cerebral palsy, sensory processing disorders, and more—while coordinating interdisciplinary teams and case management. From 2011–2018, I served as a Program Director/Assistant Professor for an OTA program, leading policy and procedure development, strategic planning, accreditation, marketing, evaluation, quality assurance, budgeting, and grants management, along with curriculum development, recruitment, and clinical partnership oversight. I also bring experience in functional capacity evaluations, work hardening/conditioning, ergonomic analysis, and home modifications, supported by professional licensure and certifications including CPR and Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics Phase I (NMT).
