I've tested large-scale telecommunications systems at Fit Pioneer Resources, validating end-to-end flows, APIs, test data, and developer fixes while supporting defect triage and system integration.

Across Mandrill Tech, Testbits, and Penril Datability, I've delivered functional, regression, integration, API, database, UAT, and end-to-end testing for B2B, B2C, facilities management, and banking systems. I prepare test scripts and cases, manage defects through resolution, and work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues.

At Sony EMCS Malaysia, I tested Android and Linux TV software through functional, exploratory, and regression testing. Earlier, I performed manual testing for membership, back-office, and trading systems, including validation of risk controls, account processes, and data accuracy.

I'm an ISTQB Certified Agile Tester and Certified Tester, backed by a first-class Bachelor of Software Engineering in Multimedia System Development. My hands-on toolkit includes JIRA, TestRail, Postman, SQL, DBeaver, Swagger, Appium, and JMeter.
