Swojita Khatri

I’m a civil engineering graduate focused on practical building analysis, design, and documentation. My final year project centered on “Analysis and design of Passive solar residential building in hot and cold climates of Nepal,” where I combined design thinking with clear reporting and presentation.

I build accurate architectural and structural drawings in Auto CAD, including multi storied building drawings and the detail design of structural members like slab, beam, column, stairs, and foundation. I also apply passive designing techniques to strengthen real-world residential outcomes.

From survey to planning, I’ve used Theodolite, Total Station, and Auto Level, and prepared topographical maps in AutoCAD. I’m currently working as a valuator (Singh Consult) since 2025-now, and I bring strong leadership, project management, and event coordination experience from organizing and winning awards in multiple competitions.
