At Mandala Engineering Consultancy, I conduct structural analyses of residential and commercial buildings using ETABS, checking designs against Nepal National Building Code and international standards.
I prepare and review AutoCAD structural drawings, with documentation completed for over 6 buildings. I also use Microsoft Excel to prepare Bills of Quantities for over 4 buildings.
My work includes site visits and field inspections to check construction progress and structural integrity, as well as preparing site plans and location maps for project planning and regulatory submissions.
For my bachelor project, I modeled a commercial building in ETABS and applied seismic analysis and earthquake-resistant design principles under Nepal National Building Code (NBC 105). I designed structural elements using Limit State Design and prepared the construction drawings in AutoCAD.
