I’m a civil engineer in Nepal who’s proactive, organized, and detail oriented, and I work well under pressure. I enjoy working with a variety of people and bring a strong, “great attitude” mindset to every project. At Crown Design &Research Centre Pvt.Ltd, I’ve supported survey study and design by collecting data for the survey team and conducting on-site investigations. I’ve prepared cost estimation, design specifications, and technical documentation, while monitoring progress, compiling project status reports, and resolving emerging problem/deficiencies effectively and creatively. I also manage budgets and purchase materials, oversee and mentor staff, and liaise with stakeholders to keep delivery aligned with project needs.

I’m especially focused on quality, safety, and operational efficiency—bringing experience in implementation of Quality Control and Safety Compliance. Through responsibilities like quantity survey, rate analysis, and Detailed-Project Report (DPR) preparation, I help ensure projects are well planned, clearly documented, and cost optimized. I want to improve my professional abilities while providing creative, superior solutions that encourage organizational success and growth.
