At 32Health (LightSpun), I architected a HIPAA-aware microservice that uses GPT-4 to automate insurance carrier applications across multiple PDF formats. I used asynchronous processing, message queues, and deterministic PDF generation.
I also architected an AI customer support chatbot using GPT-4, RAG, and function calling, integrating enterprise knowledge bases with live backend services. I developed eligibility-rule management and provider credentialing workflows there as well.
At Crediwatch Information Analytics Pvt. Ltd., I developed borrower and lender workflows for a B2B lending platform and a portfolio-based alert management system. Earlier, at Honeywell Technology Solutions Lab Pvt. Ltd., I created applications to monitor business performance measures and planned product release status.
