I’m a Finance Associate dedicated to accuracy, strong communication, and smooth day-to-day operations. I bring experience supporting both front-office customer service and head-office style processing, with a focus on delivering reliable results.

In my most recent role as an Executive (Settlement Team), I processed daily POS and MPU card transaction settlements, reconciled records, and resolved settlement discrepancies. I coordinated with internal departments and merchants to keep settlement operations running smoothly, and I prepared settlement reports while maintaining accurate financial records and compliance with internal procedures.

Earlier, as a Front Office (Intern), I assisted customers with account opening and maintenance, processed requests efficiently, and maintained customer records to support daily branch operations. I’m also a fast learner who collaborates well in teams, and I aim to contribute through careful problem-solving, attention to detail, and continuous process improvement.
