What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a Finance Assistant role supporting WFP’s finance, budget, and administration functions in Harare, where I can apply my financial transaction processing, reconciliation, and analytical experience.

At Old Mutual Zimbabwe, I assisted with payment processing, loan disbursements, and reconciliations, while maintaining accounting records and audit trails for internal controls and audits.

I also participated in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, contributing to management reporting and month-end activities. I applied working knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and IAS when reviewing financial statements and reports.

At Christian Care, I processed transactions in Pastel Accounting and prepared bank and statutory account reconciliations. I also supported VAT and PAYE submissions and contributed to budget monitoring and monthly management reporting.

Earlier, I processed supplier invoices and payments and performed reconciliations at PG Merchandising Zimbabwe. I’m completing an MSc in Data Science and am seeking a Finance Assistant role supporting WFP’s finance, budget, and administration functions in Harare.
