I am a dynamic and energetic Computer Science Engineer with over two years of experience in the IT industry, specializing in Salesforce QA. My journey began with a strong academic foundation, culminating in an M-Tech in Computer Science from Kurukshetra University. I have honed my skills in manual and API testing, defect management, and have a solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).

At AQM Technologies, I played a pivotal role in various banking projects, including customer retention journeys and loan management systems. My hands-on experience with tools like JIRA and QMetry has enabled me to effectively manage defects and ensure optimal test coverage. I pride myself on being a strong team player, capable of articulating complex issues clearly while maintaining positive relationships with developers. My proactive approach allows me to identify gaps in requirements and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

In addition to my technical skills, I possess a good understanding of programming languages such as Python, C, C++, and Java.
