At Dayforce, I built a three-stage asynchronous API for external HCM integrations, letting clients submit processing jobs, track their status, and retrieve results without keeping long-running requests open. I also developed Java and Spring Boot services for bulk workflows that validate, transform, and process employee data.
I’ve worked across the platform’s data and user interfaces, designing Oracle data models and building React and TypeScript features for submissions, status tracking, and results. I’ve also implemented Kafka-based processing and written JUnit and Mockito tests for service and integration workflows.
