At Rolling Arrays Technologies, I own the product lifecycle for a multi-tenant SaaS platform serving 200K+ users across 23 enterprise clients. I productized the Benefits Management module, turning varied employee benefit policies into configurable capabilities.
I also shaped configurable workflows and approval capabilities that contributed to 50% faster approval turnaround and approximately 80% less manual effort. With Engineering, I introduced OCR-based receipt reading and automated claim creation, alongside policy-driven validation for expense claims.
My work includes product requirements for SAP OData, SuccessFactors, and S/4HANA integrations, as well as Agile delivery across a 30+ member cross-functional environment. Earlier, at Viviva Colors, I managed influencer campaigns with 300+ influencers and led a crowdfunding campaign that generated $100K within 10 minutes of launch.
