I’m a performance-focused operations and project leader with 25 years’ experience in Oil & Gas offshore drilling operations, completions, construction, and complex project delivery. I led subsea commissioning scopes exceeding $250M across six new-build drill ships in South Korea, ensuring API compliance and contractual obligations, while driving operational performance and strengthening team effectiveness through collaborative, people-focused leadership.

Today, I deliver leadership coaching and performance coaching to senior leaders and operational teams, facilitating Lean transformation initiatives and embedding continuous improvement through Kaizen workshops and structured problem-solving. I’m known for aligning strategy execution to measurable performance outcomes, using root cause analysis, hazard identification, and ISO 45001 lead auditing to support safe, value-driven operations in challenging offshore environments.
