What I'm looking for

I’m looking to continue delivering safety leadership in oil & gas—driving compliance and step-change safety culture through coaching, assurance, competency, and practical risk-based management, ideally across offshore operations and multicultural teams.

I am a results-driven, proactive and resourceful Senior QHSE Advisor with a career spanning 20 years in oil & gas, across demanding QHSET roles in North Sea, West & East Africa, South America, Middle East and Southeast Asia.

I strengthen teams and build training and coaching systems that support step change safety performance, embedding continuous improvement across the life cycle. I bring a proven track record in driving health and safety culture through developing systems, implementing procedures, and improving standards.

I investigate incidents to establish root cause, recommend remedies, track compliance close-out, and generate statistical reports for line and management. I also identify and evaluate hazards and risks, using behavioural based safety techniques and rolling out BBS programs across multicultural workforces.

From thousands of compliance audit hours using company frameworks and OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001 and the ISM code, to supporting risk-based health and safety management, I focus on practical, accountable safety. I have led major delivery outcomes such as reintroducing in-house training to Saudi Aramco, delivering OPITO/City & Guilds accreditation, and running my own safety coaching company that reduced LTIR and TRIR for clients.
