I run 24/7 cloud operations as a Cloud SRE Engineer at HDFC Bank, managing 100+ production applications across AWS, GCP, and Azure with 99.95%+ SLA compliance. I handle incident management, on-call rotations, and root-cause work to keep services stable.
I’ve built server-less automation with AWS Lambda and Google Cloud Functions to find and clean up orphaned resources like stale snapshots and unused AMIs—cutting infrastructure costs by 15–20% quarterly. I also partner with FinOps and application teams on tagging, reserved instances, and auto-scaling policies.
On the infrastructure side, I manage Terraform-based provisioning across multiple cloud regions and keep deployments consistent and scalable. In Kubernetes operations (EKS/GKE), I’ve tackled pod crashes, scheduling failures, and networking anomalies while improving application stability.
I keep a close eye on production health with Site24x7, CloudWatch, Prometheus, and Grafana, and I write runbooks and incident response procedures. Earlier, at Mobilloite Technologies, I containerized and deployed on AWS EKS and helped build CI/CD pipelines, plus worked on Ethereum smart contracts.
