What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply financial modeling, market research, and executive-ready analysis to corporate strategy or consulting work with real stakeholder impact.

I built the financial model for Five Guys’ Portugal market-entry strategy, working directly with its CEO to project €2.38M in annual revenue, a 31.7% EBITDA margin, and an 8.1-month break-even for a Lisbon flagship location.

At Carers ACT, I led budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for a $5M–$10M annual budget, translating findings into resourcing and strategic decisions. I also improved finance and HR processes for a 25-person team while aligning operations with legislative and government requirements.

I’ve coordinated commercial lending processes across a $3M portfolio, mentored teams of 6–15 staff, and developed automation recommendations for Estrella Galicia’s Spain-wide operations. My work combines market research, financial modeling, process improvement, and stakeholder-ready analysis.
