What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead Agile software delivery across cross-functional teams, combining Scrum facilitation, delivery governance, QA-informed decision-making, and continuous improvement to ship predictable customer value.

I lead customer-facing software feature delivery across Product, Engineering, QA, and Release teams, running full Scrum cycles from backlog refinement through retrospectives.

As a Scrum Master and Program Manager, I use velocity, story-point capacity, RAID logs, and defect triage to protect sprint goals, forecast commitments, and improve delivery predictability. I also use ChatGPT and Gemini to streamline ceremony preparation, documentation, and stakeholder updates.

Through MIT Professional Education's Digital Retail Operations Transformation capstone, I directed four technology workstreams spanning database, server infrastructure, POS integration, and a customer mobile app. I applied WBS, Critical Path Method, budget controls, data migration coordination, and change-management support across phased releases.

I've also founded Rush Steps Studio, delivering 9+ theatrical productions while coordinating 60+ performers, vendors, budgets, and fixed launch dates. My QA experience at Qwest Telecom adds hands-on test planning, SQL validation, and release-quality judgment to my delivery leadership.
