I turn ACA, HIPAA, and CMS mandates into clear BRDs, FSDs, use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria, and audit-ready documentation. I connect agency stakeholders, development teams, and vendors from discovery through UAT sign-off.

My work includes BPMN/UML process flows, integration and data-flow analysis, RTMs, compliance gap analysis, defect triage, and change requests. I maintained traceability for more than 100 requirements and defined acceptance criteria for more than 200 user stories.

Earlier, at Sutherland Global Services, I documented claims and revenue-cycle workflows, EDI X12 specifications, payer-provider data mappings, and denial-resolution improvements. I'm returning to the workforce prepared for mid-senior business analyst roles across technology, insurance, government, healthcare, and financial services.
