I'm looking for a new opportunity where I can bring energy, hard work, sales leadership, customer care, and relationship-building skills to improve business results and customer satisfaction.

I'm currently leading Sales & Customer Care at Kallol Group of Industries in Dhaka, where I work toward sales targets, build client relationships, research market opportunities, support promotions, and coordinate watch repair and maintenance services.

Previously, at Aarong Gulshan, I handled retail inventory, cash and POS transactions, purchase advice, refunds, and direct customer interactions with an average of 70 customers a day. I bring practical sales, customer service, stock management, and team collaboration experience focused on keeping customers happy and growing business.
