I’m a Software Engineer Intern building scalable, secure backend systems for cloud-native platforms. At Amdocs, I engineered microservices for private-cloud provisioning and helped modernize workflows away from a legacy vRealize Automation stack toward a vendor-agnostic architecture.
I focus on identity, security, and reliable orchestration—designing secure Azure Entra ID (OIDC) SSO with JWT and CSRF protection, and wiring asynchronous deployment workflows with RabbitMQ, Jenkins, and Kubernetes using Istio and HashiCorp Vault.
I also work deeply in operations: administering Kubernetes/Docker environments on RHEL 9 and supporting enterprise database lifecycle tasks such as SQL & Oracle DB installations, migrations, and refresh automations across production.
Beyond infrastructure, I built an Agentic AIOps platform on Kubernetes with a closed-loop workflow (Observe → Detect → Decide → Remediate → Verify). I implemented hybrid anomaly detection (Z-Score, Moving Average, Isolation Forest) using Prometheus and the ELK stack, and automated deterministic remediation with Ansible—validated across multiple fault-injection scenarios.
