What I'm looking for

I'm looking for infrastructure-focused roles where I can improve cloud and Windows platform reliability through monitoring, automation, incident management, backup recovery, and cross-functional collaboration.

At DWF, I monitor Azure infrastructure, manage Veeam Backup, SCOM, SolarWinds, server lifecycle activities, VM provisioning, restorations, patching, and operational health checks to maintain service continuity.

Previously, supporting Microsoft through i2 Nexus Technologies, I resolved complex virtualization issues involving VM boot failures, corruption, migration, replication, and performance degradation. I also developed PowerShell automation, maintained failover clustering, led critical incident bridge calls, and drove root-cause analysis with enterprise stakeholders.

I began in customer technical support, administering Active Directory, Windows Server, DNS, DHCP, file servers, permissions, patching, and backup recovery. I bring a practical, customer-focused approach to improving infrastructure reliability and resolving technically challenging incidents.
