I am a techno-functional analyst who bridges technical execution with business needs to ensure stability, compliance, and operational efficiency. At Bank of America I served as a subject matter expert for 10+ critical risk applications, led production operations, and received recognition for ownership and incident resolution.

I designed and implemented a data validation framework to improve standardization and batch processing accuracy, automated workflows saving 260+ hours annually, and performed RCAs to deliver sustainable fixes. I also managed change and release processes, facilitated stakeholder alignment, and contributed to disaster recovery and data isolation initiatives.

Outside of operations, I build reporting and visualization solutions using Power BI and Tableau, have foundational experience with Anaplan from an internship, and hold a Product Management Fellowship. I seek roles demanding strategic thinking, delivery ownership, and continuous improvement.
