I have expertise configuring and administering Windows Server 2008/2012R2/2016 and managing VMware ESXi 6.5/7.0/7.0.3, including upgrades, patching with VMware Update Manager, VM provisioning from templates, VMotion, HA, and DRS.

I handle incident, problem, change, and service request management, perform Windows patching, Active Directory user/group management, DHCP and DNS tasks, and troubleshoot escalated L2 Windows issues. I participate in on-call rotations and strictly maintain SLAs to ensure uninterrupted IT resource availability.
