What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote-friendly team where correctness under concurrency matters. I want to build payment and settlement systems, multi-tenant backends, and reliability-first distributed architectures with strong observability and fault tolerance.

I’m a backend engineer specializing in distributed systems where correctness under concurrency is critical. I’ve designed and built payment systems, settlement engines, and multi-tenant SaaS platforms with strong guarantees against duplicate transactions and data inconsistencies.

I built backend architecture from scratch at BitBreeze, using NestJS, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Clean Architecture, DDD, and strict multi-tenant isolation. I also developed a payment processing module with idempotent transaction handling and designed cross-domain workflows that coordinate multiple business entities.

To keep systems reliable under real-world failure modes, I introduced asynchronous processing with BullMQ and Redis, integrated real-time transaction updates via WebSockets (Socket.IO), and implemented reconciliation and syncing for POS, inventory, and settlement-related flows. I’ve led microservices backends as well—e.g., a 9-service platform for construction-asset management with secure REST APIs serving web and mobile clients.

My path into software engineering began in medicine, and I transitioned into engineering in 2021. Since then, I’ve consistently focused on fault-tolerant design—race-condition-safe settlements, retry-safe/idempotent pipelines, and observability—to deliver dependable production outcomes.
