I'm looking to build dashboards, customer analytics, and data models that turn complex business data into clear, actionable decisions for technical and business stakeholders.

At Greateway Software Private Limited, I own end-to-end Power BI reporting for retail sales and customer analytics, covering $899.9M+ in transactions and £17.43M in customer revenue. I build self-serve dashboards and DAX reporting that help leadership track revenue, profit, AOV, repeat purchases, and retention.

I've segmented 5,852 customers into seven behavioral groups using MySQL, RFM scoring, CTEs, and window functions, identifying 1,339 VIP customers and 589 at-risk customers representing £986K in exposed revenue. I enjoy translating complex data into clear, actionable insights through Python, SQL, Power BI, and Excel.
