My academic background in Commerce, paired with my internship experience in digital marketing and data entry, has equipped me with a diverse skill set that I am eager to apply in a dynamic organization.

During my internship at ITRINOME, I gained valuable experience in data entry and digital marketing, which enhanced my proficiency in MS Excel and HR analytics. I have also completed various certifications in Advanced Excel, Human Resource Management, and Business Communication Skills, further solidifying my foundation in HR practices and communication.

My recent project involved designing a recruitment and salary structure, where I identified sources of recruitment, defined key competencies for roles, and calculated employees' TDS. I am passionate about contributing effectively to a team and am excited about the opportunity to grow in the field of Human Resources.
