I’m a compassionate and dependable Aged Care & Disability Support Worker with practical experience delivering personal care, mobility assistance, medication support, companionship, and end-of-life care for an elderly client. I’m trained in safeguarding, infection prevention, manual handling, medication administration, and first aid, with a strong focus on calm, person-centred support.

In my roles, I assisted with bathing, dressing, toileting, continence care, safe transfers, and fall-risk reduction, while monitoring health changes and maintaining clean, safe environments and infection control. I also assessed disability eligibility needs through structured interviews and managed confidential health records, and I’ve supported fast-paced pharmacy/customer service while promoting safe medication use. I’m open to regional and rural placements across Australia and ready to complete Certificate III in Individual Support.
