I am a Senior QA Automation Engineer with over 10 years of experience delivering quality across web, mobile, API, and event-driven platforms. I specialize in building and maintaining automation frameworks using BDD, Selenium, Appium, RestAssured, and CI/CD integrations.

At Southwest Airlines I designed and executed automated suites for UI, REST APIs, Kafka messaging, and mobile apps, improving automated coverage by ~35–45% and reducing regression cycles to under one day. I implemented Kafka validation, Avro schema checks, and AWS-backed data verifications to prevent critical defects from reaching pre-production.
