At Wayfair, I embedded AI-driven development practices across a 4000-developer org as part of the Developer Advocacy team, driving measurable improvements in SDLC efficiency and adoption. I designed IDE-agnostic, context-aware AI coding rules and repository-level guardrails through MCP, reaching 50% org-wide adoption and driving a 7% uplift in overall engineering efficiency.
