At Physics Wallah (PW), I manage day-to-day operational workflows supporting online academic batches, classes, and faculty requirements. I coordinate schedules, slot bookings, rescheduling, and session updates.

I work with Faculty, Team Leads, managers, SMEs, auditors, and cross-functional teams to communicate requirements, track dependencies, and close pending actions. I also coordinate academic deliverables, including DPPs, DCNs, notes, planners, tests, and quizzes.

For assessment operations, I supported additional uploads of 46 tests, 9 subject-wise Toppers Batch quizzes, and 3 subject-wise Library quizzes. I follow up on visibility, mapping, and backend issues, and received Star Performer recognition for my day-to-day contributions.

Earlier, as a Financial Advisor at RESEARCHVIA, I communicated with clients, shared role-appropriate financial and stock-market information, and tracked routine advisory requirements. I hold a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Government Girls College, Dewas, Vikram University, Ujjain.
