I’m a Technical Specialist focused on ATM monitoring and client-focused support, with 8 years of experience resolving technical and account-related issues in fast-paced environments. I’m known for a proactive approach to incident handling and clear, policy-aligned communication during high-impact events.

In my current role at Fiserv, I proactively monitor ATM status and notify clients when multiple terminals are down, raise and manage incidents through ServiceNow, and collaborate with the networking team to troubleshoot communication issues by verifying router connections, ATM tunnels, and signal strength. I also lead bridge calls with clients and internal technical teams during ATM upgrades, maintenance, and major outages.

I further bring reporting and analytics strength by developing performance dashboards using IBM Cognos, and I’ve led a team of 8 professionals to improve productivity and continuous improvement. Previously at Wipro Technology, I delivered global ServiceNow-based incident and service request support for S&P Global clients, handled root-cause diagnosis, and used tools like Avaya and Vayu sphere for real-time assistance—while maintaining SLA-focused service quality.
