I’m an AI full-stack engineer with deep FE + BE ownership, shipping multi-agent systems that coordinate RAG, OCR/IDP, and automation under a master orchestrator. I’m especially focused on reliability—reducing failure retries by 42% through hybrid retrieval with cross-encoder reranking and grounded citations.

I also build LLM observability that teams can trust in production. I’ve developed end-to-end metrics for both RAG and non-RAG flows (retrieval depth/recall, rerank lifts, grounding fidelity, latency percentiles, token/cost curves, eval pass-rates), improving incident MTTR by 35% with RAG chain tracing and red-amber-green health + alerting.

On product work, I create AI-assisted content workflows for real teams. I built Next.js/TypeScript dashboards, FastAPI services, scheduled jobs/webhooks, and asset pipelines for video/image generation—cutting manual operations by 60% while streamlining ideation → approvals → publishing.

Across everything I deliver, I treat platform engineering and security as first-class features: IaC with Terraform, blue-green CI/CD (GitHub Actions + Azure DevOps), monitoring (CloudWatch + Azure Monitor), secrets in Azure Key Vault, and policies for RBAC, scoped tokens, PII redaction, rate-limits, and audit trails—maintaining a 2–3 releases/week cadence.
