At MAX Super Speciality Hospital, Dwarka, I analysed 500+ monthly Net Promoter Score responses and Patient Satisfaction Scores, identified service-quality gaps from complaint and department data, and tracked Bed Occupancy Rate trends to support inpatient bed-allocation decisions. I also managed production support tickets across clinical and technical teams.

At Sri Balaji Action Medical Institute, I studied emergency-room waiting times, audited IPD medical records for NABH 6th-edition compliance, documented Code Blue drill coordination gaps, and supported nursing recruitment and staff training.

For my dissertation at Spandan Diagnostic Centre, I built machine-wise imaging datasets to compare scan capacity with actual utilisation, analyse revenue, identify under-deployed capacity, and recommend optimisation.
