What I'm looking for

I'm targeting analytics consulting roles in healthcare, life sciences, or cross-industry practices.

At Burjeel Medical City, I set up unit-level Power BI reporting for clinical, operational, and finance teams where no dedicated hospital analytics function existed. I turned SAP and Cerner data into KPI frameworks and dashboards reviewed by the CEO, founders, and department heads.

I designed a standardised framework covering 20+ operational metrics and analysed operating theatre delays across 10 theatres and 800+ monthly surgical cases. My analysis benchmarked utilisation against a 75% target and identified specific delay drivers for leadership action.

I delivered an OPD command centre using 600k+ clinical records across 50+ specialities, surfacing payer mix, demand patterns, and demographic trends. I also built the group's first laboratory BI reporting, which lab managers outside my home unit adopted.

Earlier, at Outlook Publishing (India) Pvt. Ltd., I structured survey research and built Power BI dashboards and baseline forecasts. I also supported IT operations at Tata Consultancy Services, resolving ServiceNow tickets for a European manufacturing client, and completed analytics projects in industry adoption and customer retention.
