At Accenture, I currently lead a team of 6 QA engineers and drive test planning, execution, and delivery across multiple sprints for a global immigration management platform. I architected and built a hybrid automation framework from scratch—integrating Selenium WebDriver for UI and Rest Assured for API—which delivered 70%+ test coverage.

I’ve also improved delivery speed and reliability by reducing regression test execution time by 40% through parallel execution, optimized test data management, and Jenkins CI/CD pipeline integration. I implemented BDD Cucumber with Gherkin feature files to make scenarios more business-readable and to strengthen collaboration with stakeholders.
