I’m a results-driven Automation Test Engineer with 4+ years of hands-on experience in building and maintaining test automation for web, mobile, and CRM-based applications. I specialize in Selenium WebDriver, Java, Appium, and TypeScript, and I focus on delivering reliable, high-quality outcomes in Agile environments.

At Accenture, I architected the Copado Robotic Testing automation framework for both mobile and web modules of a large-scale CRM project, setting team-wide standards for long-term maintainability. I developed reusable test components and Page Object Models, integrated automated suites into CI/CD via Copado, and enabled continuous quality validation with each release cycle.

I also lead end-to-end regression pipelines on Azure DevOps, improving execution speed through framework revamping and parallel test runs. One of my key outcomes was cutting regression time by 30% and strengthening regression, smoke, and sanity testing across Salesforce CRM deployments, including post-release smoke validation.

Beyond UI automation, I perform API testing using REST-based endpoints to validate authentication flows, request/response payloads, and data integrity across CRM integrations.
