I record and categorize invoices, bills, expenses, vendor payments, customer receipts, and journal entries. I also manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payment tracking.

I perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and support month-end and year-end closing with adjusting entries, accruals, and workpapers.

I assist with financial statements and management reporting, and review payroll information using QuickBooks Online, Accounting World, and Excel-based payroll data. I'm an Intuit Certified Bookkeeper and QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor.
