At Joe & The Juice, I configured Entra ID and Intune for a 96-store UK laptop rollout, from Autopilot profiles and app delivery to adoption reporting. I also designed user-driven enrollment that blocks desktop access until required policies and apps are applied.
I manage Windows endpoints and identity access, including SAML SSO for 22+ SaaS applications, Conditional Access, and Microsoft 365 administration. I own L2/L3 escalations and write Service Desk runbooks that move repeatable fixes to first line.
