I've managed site acquisition, lease governance, regulatory compliance, and SAP payment operations across major telecommunications projects in Myanmar. In my current role at YPTT Myanmar on the U9 Project Account, I negotiate directly with government officials, tax departments, and landlords while managing lease registrations, payments, site access, and critical escalations.
Previously at ZTE Myanmar supporting Ooredoo Managed Services, I led lease negotiations, rental renegotiation activities, contract documentation, addendum execution, and security-deposit recovery. I worked closely with Legal, Finance, Operations, landlords, vendors, and subcontractors to keep lease and payment workflows moving.
At Ooredoo Myanmar, I coordinated nationwide site acquisition, permitting, lease renewals, colocation documentation, and build-permit processes with government offices, CDC authorities, tax departments, and MEB Bank.
My earlier work at Asia Mega Link strengthened my foundation in SAQ and civil-works tracking, site documentation, progress reporting, quality control, and coordination with site engineers and subcontractors. I bring more than 10 years of experience supporting over 800 active telecom sites.
