At Accenture, I lead Strategic PMO and Business Operations for a USD 145M global insurance managed-services portfolio spanning 120+ programmes and 1,900+ resources.
I established a PMO Centre of Excellence that standardised governance cadences, programme-health frameworks, RAID management, reporting templates, onboarding and delivery practices. I also produce executive dashboards and portfolio review materials to support leadership decisions.
I oversee portfolio financial governance, including forecasting, budget planning, variance analysis, utilisation, margin reporting and revenue assurance. I lead capacity and supply-demand governance, partnering with delivery, HR and workforce teams to address staffing gaps.
I led PMO transformation and automation using Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate and SharePoint, and established controls that delivered zero SSAE18 audit observations across multiple consecutive audit cycles. I also lead and develop a 20-member cross-functional PMO organisation.
