I'm looking to lead QA delivery and automation initiatives where I can build high-performing teams, strengthen Agile quality practices, improve release predictability, and partner with global stakeholders on enterprise software.

At Sopra Steria India, I lead QA delivery for enterprise software projects, managing teams of 15+ and coordinating with Aerowebb and Thales stakeholders in France.

I drive end-to-end test planning, release readiness, UAT, and Agile delivery. I helped transition legacy Waterfall practices to Agile BDD, reducing regression cycle time by 30%+ and achieving near-zero post-release defect escape across four annual release cycles.

Previously at Espire Infolabs and Acuminous Software, I delivered quality across desktop, web, and mobile applications through manual and automated testing. I also introduced GitHub Copilot-supported GenAI testing, build KPI dashboards, and mentor QA engineers in Agile quality practices.
